- Is OKSXPRESS a registered company?
OKSXPRESS Courier Services is a duly recognized Filipino-owned and DTI-registered same and next-day courier service. We started our operation on August 14, 2020
The company aims to expand nationwide reaching even the remote areas.
- What are your office hours?
Office Hours: 8:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
Pickup & Delivery Hours: 8:30AM to 7:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Where can I make a booking for pickup?
You can arrange your booking in 3 ways:
- Website - Create your account, wait for it to be activated and start booking by clicking "Booking Form" in the menu panel.
- IOS or Android Mobile Apps - Download our app, register/login and then click the "Booking" button.
- Manual booking via Messenger - talk to one of our chat support and request for the manual booking form.
- Do you have a cut-off time?
Yes, we have a cut-off time of 10:30AM for within the day pickup. All bookings received and/or acknowledged by 10:30am onwards will automatically be picked up the next working day.
- How can I cancel my booking?
You may click the "scissors icon" in the website or mobile app located beside the tracking number. Or you may message us to cancel your booking.
- Can I print the waybill of my booking?
Yes, printing option is only available using the browser. You may print it on an A6 size paper by clicking "View/Print Invoice".
- What are the list of charges that can be imposed on my shipping?
Shipping Fee (Default) & Add-ons, if applicable: COD Fee (2% of the COD Amount), Insurance Fee (1% of the Item Value), Holiday Surcharge (25PHP), Re-attempt Fee (25PHP) & RTS Fee.
- What are your mode of payments?
Our mode of payment varies depending on the Type of Delivery:
- For Regular RUSH/SULIT: We accept Cash by Sender/Receiver
- For Regional: Cash by Sender only.
- What are your payment channels?
We accept Cash, E-wallets (Gcash/Maya), Bank Transfers (UnionBank/BPI) and Checks (for corporate account only).
